LOVED this tour!!
I looked around quite a bit for a comprehensive tour of the major sites of Florence as well as one that would follow the steps from the Dan Brown book Inferno. This tour was all of that and more!! We went through the Boboli Gardens, then across Ponte Vecchio to Palazzo Vecchio where we toured the inside. We walked through the city, stopping to see some special Dante-related sites before going to the cathedral and baptistery. Then we ended with 2 hours in the Uffizi Gallery. In 6 hours, we got so much done! Being on our feet that long could have felt exhausting but Susanna was SO fun to spend the day with that it just flew by. She was also very mindful about having us sit where we could and taking a break here and there so we could grab a delicious bite along the way :) Susanna is an absolute PRO - as an art historian she is super well-versed in all the history and fascinating details that we never would have known without her. She is also such a huge fan of the book that her enthusiasm was infectious and she inserted references from it everywhere she could. It was an absolutely perfect day - I'm SO glad I found this company and booked this tour with them! When we come back to Florence, I'm definitely calling Susanna again!
